Chile – List of new birds

Our trip to Chile was never going to bring me lots of new birds, like the countries in the tropics, but the new birds would be of quality.

We travelled with Albatross Birding who were very knowledgeable, well organised and involved in the heart of lots of conservation projects in Chile.  We would highly recommend them http://www.albatross-birding.com/

Lyrical, poignant and insightful.’ - Margaret Atwood

This is my story; a journey defined by my love for these extraordinary creatures. Because large or small, brown, patterned or jewelled, there is something about birds that makes us, even for just moments at a time, lift our eyes away from our lives and up to the skies.
